THE ORDER OF CIRCUITS By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The Methodist Conference adopted the following order of circuits in taking married instead of single ministers: Manaia, Invercargill (Teviot Street), Rotorua and Tauranga. It was decided to relieve the following circuits for another year from the responsibility of taking married instead of single ministers: Auckland East, Otaliuhu, Paeroa, Opotiki, St. Albans (Tiniaru). The Rev. Chapman was appointed to Taranaki Street (Wellington) for the eighth year and the Rev. Boys to Palmerston North for the sixth year. The Rev. Suckling was transferred to New South Wales Conference for missionary work. It is understood that he will be appointed to Fiji. The resignation of Rev. Daniels, who has taken Tip Y.M.C.A. secretarial work, was accepted. The president's action in permitting Revs. Goenell (Opunake) and Sim to go abroad as Y.M.C.A. secretaries was approved. The Rev. Wilson was transferred to the New South Wales Conference, and it was decided to request that the Rev. Poole (Fiji) be transferred to the New Zealand Conference during 1910. Rev. Costain was granted permission to enlist. The following ministers were permitted to become permanent supermimariefi: Revs. Baumber, Hudson, Blight ajid Griffin. Rev. Marshall was allowed to continue as supernumery for another year. The following were received as probationers: Messrs Wallace Heal, John Parker and Thos. Skuse. ANNUAL MEETING. Dunedin, Feb, 28. The Methodist. Conference opened tonight, about 200 representatives being present. The Rev. W. A. Sinclair, the retiring president, delivered an address. The Rev. T. A. Loughiu (Tim&ru)was introduced as president for the ensuing year. Mr. E. Dixon, of Hawern, was elected vice-president, defeating Mr. J. H. Blackwell (Kainpoi) by 104 votes to 57. The voting for president fojr 1919 resulted: 11. E. Bellhouso (Auckland) 84, S. Griffith (Dunedin) 19, E. Drake (Wellington) 17, B. P. Rothwel! (Blenheim) ft. The Rev. E.
