The Socialists and Republicans have almost disappeared and the Monarchist parties, comprising the Liberals and Conservatives of the various groups have secured 300 sfatß. It is impossible to predict the foreign policy. LIBERAL CABINET PROBABLE., A. and N.Z. Cable Assn. and Beuter. Received February 27, 8.20 p.m. Madrid, Feb. 20. A wireless message state# that the results of the elections approximately include 170 Liberals, a Cabinet of Liberal concentration with the probable support of 85 Conservatives. GERMAN MONEY AT WORK. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc. and Reutor. Received Feb. 27, 10.30 p.m. London, Feb. 20. Madrid advices state that the Monarchist victories at the election are largeIly attributable to German money. Even ILerroux (Barcelona), a Republican, and | Alvarez, the Reformist leader, -tare defeated.
