' The Government has ordered the esiblishment of important national worktops at Porto Bcllo, where timbercarrying ships-could be rapidly constructFcd for the coastal trade, and the cargoes transhipped at Santos and Rio de Janeiro for Europe. Peru would be able to export millions of tons of wood annually to the Allied countries.
