RECRUITING POLICY. Sydney, Feb. 2G. The recruiting policy provides that enlisted men, after a short period in camp, will be given leave on pay to canvass for recruits in their home localities. A bonus of ten shillings will be paid recruiting sergeants for each recruit actually enlisted. A special magistrate will be appointed to inquire into the eases of persona of enemy birth in Commonwealth employ.
