Official: Ambassador Uchida and his staff left Petrograd yesterday. The Foreign Minister, speaking in the Diet, said that should a Russo-German peace actually be conchidied, it goes without saying that Japan will take decided and adequate steps to meet the occasion. The withdrawal of the Amabssador was due to the unrestricted conditions in Petrograd.
