ON THE SEA.
SPANISH STFAMER SUNK SEVERANCE OF RELATIONS URGED. Received Feb. 25, 8 p.m. London, Feb. 24. A wireless message from Madrid states that the Spanish ship Marcospio, bound from New York, was torpedoed miles from the Canaries. The steamer C-landeo Lopez paw the submarine fire forty rounds, sinking the vessel. The Olandeo Lopez rescued the crew. Spanish newspapers are indignant and demand the breaking off of relations with Germany. GERMAN STEAMER CAPTURED. Copenhagen, Feb- 24. A British auxiliary cruiser captured the German steamer Dusseldorf on the voyage from Tromsoo (In the extreme north of Norway) to Stettin.
