Baker and Co.'s Premises, Devon Street. As already notified, the subjects taught will be BOOK-KEEPING, SHORTHAND and TYPEWRITING. Each student's term commences on the day of enrolment, since there are no fixed terms, and consequently no one student is handicapped through inability' to commence his or her studies at the same time as other students. The system of INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION will be adopted. Each student haß a separate desk and his or her progress ia.known only to the instructor. It is unnecessary to stress the advantages of this system over that of class instruction, where the progress of one student, who may be able to devote four or five hours' study per week to a subject, is regulated by the work of the class as a whole. MR. V. DUFF will be at his office, A.M.P. Buildings, Egmont Street, on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of this week, from 11 a.m. to noon, and from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., for the purpose of enrolling students. DAY CLASSES. As soon as requisite, Day Classes will also be started in the same premises, to meet the convenience of those desirous of qualifying for positions necessitating a knowledge of one or more of these subjects, but who may .find it impossible or inconvenient to attend in the evenings.
