NEW PLYMOUTH DEFEATS STRATFORD The holders of the banner, New Ply. mouth, had no diflieultv in defeating the challengers, Stratford, in a five-rink match played on the New Plymouth t green yesterday. The play was watched willi interest by a fair number of spectators. Sharp's rink was the only successful rink in the visitors' team, thoiH, the issue was in doubt till the la°st ■>owl In the Bickcrton-Medley contest. In the other rinks Stratford fell badly!
