The Neue Kreie Presse .points out that Austria no longer borders on Russia, therefore she is not compelled to resume hostilities, though ehe might undertake to protect the communications ith the Ukraine London, Feb. IS. Austrian newspapers threaten that Austria will refuse to renew the war with Russia.
