FICTITIOUS CERMAN REPORT. DENIED BY ADMIRALTY. Received Feb. 80,12.50 a.m. Loudon, Feb. 19. A Berlin official message states that/ German forces raided the eastern part Of the English Channel on the night of ' the 15th, and sank an outpost steamer off Dover, Oar aircraft attacked on the sixteenth British seaplanes accompanying » convoy from England to Rotterdam, and downed one in flames. The British Admiralty contradicts that Any ship was even fired at.
