BRITAIN AND SERVIA.
HELP FROM BRITAIN AFTER THE WAR. Received Feb. 20, 12.5 a.m. London, Feb. 18. The King received a Servian industrial mission. He said: "The British Empire lias not forgotten, and never will forget, the heroic resistance ol the Hervinn uution. After the war you may count upon the closest commercial relations with Britain, which is entirely free from ulterior motives which inspired the commercial relations of the Central Kmpires with their weaker neighbors. \Yc are confident that before long Servia will be re-establislied."
