WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Moderate to strong southerly winds have predominated. The weather has improved to-day, but it is still cloudy in the north and feast Coast districts. The atmospheric, pressure has increased everywhere. Present indications are for variable breezes, south-easterlies ruling northwards of Farewell Spit and Kaikoura. The weather fair to cloudy generally. The barometer has a rising tendency in the north, but will probably fall again shortly !n the south.
