POLES MEET AT CRACOW. PROTEST AGAINST CESSION Of TERRITORY. Received Feb. 10, 5.3 p.m. Znrich, Feb. 15. Representatives of all the Polish p»r ties met at Cracow and protested against the cession of Polish territory to Ukraine. An enormous and tumultuous erowd outside the conference buildings broke, tlio windows of the Austrophile National Committee. Taris, Feb.' 15. ' Le Matin's Zurich correspondent state* that it is formally confirmed that if M. Trotsky does not give Germany n clear answer whether ho wants war or pcade Herman troops will march on Rev&l and Petrograd. Amsterdam, Feb. 15. According to a Berlin report of th« final scene at Brest Litovsk, Dr. Kuhlmann stated that peace was not concluded with Russia and the armistice jhnd ended, therefore war must be recommenced.
