The terms of peace chow that besides maintaining the pre-war frontiers Ukraine has received The "whole- of -Volliynia and a strip of south-eastern Poland and part of Grodno. TO BE REPATRIATED. LiXFIT WAR PRISONER^ Received Feb. 13, 8 p.m. Amsterdam, Feb. 12. The Russo-flerman delegates signed an agreement whereby unfit war prisoners are to be repatriated. Similar agreements have been signed on behalf of Anstro-Hungary, Bulgaria, and Turkey. BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S ATTITUDE Reuter Service... Reecived Feb. 13, 8 p.m. London, Feb- 12. The British Government does not feel bound to recognise the Ukraine peace.
