Wellington, i.asl Night The Council of Education to-day decided to grunt the re(|iics't "of the Stratford people to reconsider the (piestion of the type of high school to be established at Stratford, and to recommend ■\ technical high school. The council passed a, motion (but the pay and allowances of pupil teachers and training college students should he increased, and that as soon as teachers are available, the provisions in the Education Act for the abolition of tJMf pupil teacher system and the staffing- of. schools toy adult teachers only, should he put into effect.
