SWITZERLAND.
A BOLSHEVIK MOVEMENT. DEMANDS OF THE GOVERNMENT. , United Service. Received Feb. 13, 12.30 a.m. Berne, Feb. 11. The Swiss Socialists, in conjunction with the Zurich Workmen's Union, are planning a revolution on Bolshevik lines, and demanding the Government to withdraw compulsory civilian service, demobilise the army before May 1, and abolish the Federal Council's war powers: otherwise a general strike will be ordered.
