TRANSFER OF GERMANS. AN AGREEMENT BROKEN. Received Feb. 10, 11.35 p.m. London, Feb. JO. The Press Bureau, in a statement, adduces evidence of the transfer of seven 'ierman divisions from the Eastern to the Western front, subsequent to the signing of the Russo-lierman armistices on December 15, under which all transfers were prohibited.
