[T is proposed to establish a Commercial School in New Plymouth, offering courses of instruction in SHORTHAND, TYPEWRITING and BOOKKEEPING. The classes will, in the meantime, be conducted mainly in the evening, but should sufficient students offer, arrangements may be made for day classes.
