BATLEY, to sell bv Auction at his Mart, New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 20th day of March, 1918, the following valuable properties: I LOT 1: The well known coastal property, "TK tvAWAU," consisting of O-J.QA ACRES more or less, together with n-roomed homestead, Woolshed, "i-roomed men's dwelling, and 8-stall stable. The whole fenced and subdivided into '2O sheep-proof paddocks. This property is situated on the sea coast about. 40 miles from New Plymouth, and 3 miles from the Tongaporutu wharf. Post Qffipc, school and store. The Tongaporutii river is navigable for small steamers for landing stores and for the shipment of wool and produce.
