IN THE AIR.
BRITISH AIRMEN IMPRISONED IN GERMANY. London, Feb. 3, The Daily Mail says that Captain Scholtze and Sub-Lieutenant W.oolley, British aviators, have been court-mar-tialled in Germany and sentenced to a year's penal servitude on a charge of dropping hostile proclamations in Germany. AIR RAID CASUALTIES. _ London, Feb, 3. The Press Bureau reports that Monday's air raid casualties in all districts were 58 killed and 173 injured, of whom 30 were killed | and 81 injured in one shelter. Four local residents are still missing. The total casualties in Tuesday's raid « - ere 10 killed and 10 injured. AN AERODROME FIRED. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc. and Reuter Received Feb. 4, 7.40 p.m. London, Feb. 3. The Admiralty announces that aircraft bombed Varssenaere aerodrome, which was directly hit, and a fire followed.
