IMPERIAL WAR CABINET.
PREMIER AND FINANCE MINISTER. TO REPRESENT DOMINION. ' By Telegraph—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. Mr. Massey announced that New Zealand would be represented at the meeting of the War Cabinet by Sir .Joseph Ward and himself, subject to Parliament's approval. A short session of Parliament will be held prior to their departure, probably opening in April 9, to make the necessary arrangements to enable the representatives to go to Britain. The conference will be held in June, so the representatives should leave bef«» the end of April.
