FRANCE.
THE RUSSIAN LOANS. GOVERNMENT PAYS INTEREST. Paris, Feb. 1. The Minister of Finance has announced that the. Government believes succeeding Governments of Russia will continue to pay interest on the loans, therefore the Government will pay interest on Russian securities held in France.
