SOME OF THE AWARDS. ' Woodville, Jan. 30. The Woodville Agricultural and Pastoral Show was held in splendid weather. There was a good attendance, and the gate takings totalled £7l, against £59 last year. The results of the competitions were as under: Pony leaping.—R. Scott's Coker's Chestnut, 1; Dorothy Hunter's Chrysanthemum, 2. Maiden leaping—W. N. Russell's Cock Robin, 1. r Hunting style horses leaping—J. J. Bryce's Twilight, 1; H. Hassell's Micky Free, 2. Champion hack.—W. Howard Booth's Lonely, 1. The cup now becomes the property of the winner. In the cattle section the principal awards were: Holstein Friesians.—Bull: Mrs. J. Wall 1. Champion cow: E. W. Ruddick, 1. Champion Ayrshire bull.—J. Aitchison, 1. Champion cow: C. B. Morgan, 1. Jersey bull.—E. Harding, 1. Champion cow: Percy Jones, 1. Champion milking Shorthorn S. Bolton, 1. Champion cow: C. R. Rob. Crts, 1. Champion, Gaisford Memorial Cup.— R. C. Leach. Oeia Cup—J. C. Bolton. Pigs.—Berkshire boar and sow: Mrs. J. Wall, 1. Champion Tamworth boar and sow: Mrs. J. Wall, 1. Champion Yorkshire cow.—F. Fitzpatrick, 1. Champion sow: Mrs. J. Wall, Home Industries points prize.—Mrs. R. H. Mortnan, 1; Mrs. Garry, 2.
