By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong south-easterly winds generally. Weather unsettled, with rain probable, especially in the northern and Ea9t Coast districts. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency in the north, but rising temporarily in the south.
