The Deutsche Tages Zeitung, a PanGerman organ, openly summons the German people to revolt. It says: "We have a Judas among us. He appears in the red court mantle of Germany's hangman.'' The paper asks: "Who will save Germany from this traitor, if not tihe German people?" Tt adds: "Germans, help yourselves, and God will help yon." It is understood that" the p'hraae "Germany's hangman" refers to the Kaiser.
