DOMINION TOURNAMENT CONCLUDING RESULTS. DUNEDIX PLAYERS WIN ALL COMPETITIONS By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dimcdir,, Last Night. The bowling tournament was brought u< a conclusion to-dat by the finals in i lie singles At the beginning of the i lav's plav there were three competitors le't in—Foster (Caledonian), Walker (Ponsonby), and McCurdy (St. Kilda). Foster was unbeaten, "the other two having one loss each. Walker drew a bye, and Foster and McCurdy met. From the fourth head Hie former always held the St. Kilda representative, and won by 21 to 14. Walker then played Foster, and a fine exhibition of bowls ensued. At the seventh head Walker led by 7 to 1, and at the fourteenth the scoring was 18 to ."> In his favor Then Foster took the mnt, but was unable to make up the leeway, and at the nineteenth head the score was 19 to 10, making it impossible for Foster to win, so he retired. The deciding game in the afternoon '.vas played under perfect bowling conditions, and very fine plav resulted, the ! scoring being even until the game was well advanced. At the fourteenth head the card read, Foster 10 Walker 7: at the eighteenth it was 11 all; at the nineteenth Walker was wide and Foster lay 3. Walker tried to trail the jack, and just missed by a hair's breadth, Foster putting in another shot. On the twentieth head Foster scored another, and the jgamc ended 16 to 11 in his favor. Dunedin players thus won all competitions in the tournament. ,
