JN order to meet the requirements of persons desirous of acquiring sites in the popular suburb of Fitzroy, the Owners have instructed me to invite Tenders for the purchase or lease of 24 subdivisions right in the heart of Fitzroy and having frontages to Richmond., Newton, and Record streets, all being, within two or three minutes' walk from the tram-stop and quite close to the Public School.
