CABLE FROM MR. ARTHUR HENDERSON. ' AUstralian-N.Z. Cabie Association. Wellington; Lrtst Night. J. GloVer, national secretary of the ■New Zealand Labor Party, has received the following cablegram from Mr. Arthur Henderson, leader of the British Labor Party: "London, January 10.—Thr Brit>isli Labor movement has secured- the Houso of Commons', agreement to its war aims manifesto. The British Labor Party is convening a further inter-Allied conference at London, on February 20, witli a view to securing a general agreement on tlie basis of our proposals? It is impossible to delay the holding of the conference in order to include your delegation, but the, British Labor Party would welcome your party's views by cable." The New Zealand Labor Party is now considering the matter.
