AGREEMENT WITH ALLIES. GOODS PROM AMERICA. ALLIES TO HAVE USE OF SHIPS. Received Jan. 21, 9.15 p.m. | Stockholm, Jan. 20, The Aftonbladt states that Sweden and the Allies have agreed that Sweden shall receive 100,000 tons of goods from America, conditionally that the ships return to Ameriea for the Allies' use; also that all Swedish ships in British ports shall be placed at the Allies' disposal. Norway is considering a similar arrangement.
