OEO RIDING (Southern) • Contract No. 320.—720 cubjc yards crushed boulder stone on Main South road, west of Racecourse. Contract No. 321—350 cnbic yards pit gravel on the Main South , road at Oeo. Contract No. 322.—300 cubic yards pit gravel on the Oeo road. Contract No. 323.—690 cubic yards crushed boulder stono on the Skeet road. Contract N6. 324.—200 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on the Watino road. OPUA RIDING : Contract No. 325.—300 cubic 7ards crushed boulder stone on Main South road, Opua flat. Contract No. 326—660 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on the Main South and Eltham roads" at-.Opunake. Contract No. 327 —4G3 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on Main South road, south of Opunake. Contract No. 328.—700 cubic yards crashed boulder stone on the Eltham road, at Mapgahume. RAHOTU RIDING: . Contract No. 329.—720 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on the Main South road at Puniho. Contract No. 330.—030 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on Mtfin South road at Pungarehu, Contrcat- No^-331—300 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on' Main South road north of Rahotu. Contract No. 332.—175 cubic yards crubhed boulder stone on Main South road, south of Rahotu. Contract No. 333. —300 cubic yards crushed boulder stone on Main South road, at Kina road. P order to meet the requirements of persons desirous of acquiring sites in tho popular suburb of Fitzroy, the Owners have instructed me to ' invite Tenders for the purchase or lease of 24 subdivisions right in the heart of Fitzroy and having frontages to Richmond. Newton, and Record streets, all being, within two or three minutes' walk from the train-stop and quite close to the, Public School. Each subdivision measures about 30 feet',-by 106 feet. Tenders (marked TENDER) will be received at my office, National Bank Chambers, New Plymouth, up to noon on Saturday, January 26, and may be for any number of Allotments and on any of ithe following viz:—(a) Purchase for casih; (b) purchase with 10 per cent, down, 10 per cent, in six months,balance remaining for five years at fi per cent, with right to pay off the whole or any part, at any time and take a discount of 5 per cent, on the amount so paid off.
