Mr. Wilßon stated the claim had been paid and asked for judgment for costs (17s), which was given. N.Z. Express Co. (Mr. A A. Bennett) v. N. G, G. Winkelmann, £3 10s 4d (costs 10 s). JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. In the case F. S. Butler (Mr. A. A. Bennett) v. Frank Reed,< the debtor was ordered to pay 13s lOd forthwith, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. In the case of Wong Ling Pow (Mr. Bennett) v. Riki Kahu, an order was made for the payment of £9 4s fid lip January 19, in default 10 days' imprisonment.
