SHIPPING CO-ORDINATION. MARVELLOUS ACTIVITY IN SHIPYARDS. Washington, Jim. 14. Sir E. N. Hurley, president of the United States Shipping Board, lias announced that definite steps will be taken by America and her Allies to co-ordin-ate their shipping. A United Statea controller lias been appointed to cooperate with London, Paris, and Romt> controllers and will speed-up loadings and embarkment. It is also announced that the shipyard activity is almost beyond belief. Forty-one vessels aggregating 327,152 tons will be ready in January and February.
