SMlTH.—Killed in action in France, on Dec. 24, 1917, Private Harold Smith, of the Twenty-fifth Reinforcements, dearly beloved eldest son of Lucy Layman and the late Joseph Smith, of Pungarehv; aged 21 years and 7 months. Deeply regretted.
