FORMING INDEPENDENT REPUBLIC. kaledin Probably premier. Received Jan. 13, 5.5 p.m. j Petrograd, Jan. 12. | The Bolshevik telegraph bureau reports that the Don district will shortly form itself into an independent republic, and that General Kaledin will probablv be Premier.
