THE KAISER'S SMUGNESS. Received Jan. 10, 8.10 p.in, Copenhagen, Jan. 9. The Kaiser, replying ,to Prince Lubomirski, spokesman for the Polish Regency Council, said: "I have learned with lively satisfaction that the actions of myself and my ally, as regards the realisation of the Polish natiou's long cherished wishes, meet with your approval."
