THE EMPIRE. FINAL SCREENING OP "THE FLAME of the yrjKov' to-night. Considerable attention has been drawn to "'flic Flame of the Yukon," a Triangle drama which holds place at the top of the Empire programme. "The Flame of the Yukon" is characterised by action of the swiftest, and the gay scenes>of the gold camp.s where the story is laid are pictured with a startling realism. "The Flame" is the premier attraction of a big saloon, the wanton woman who teases the glittering gold from the belts of the hardy miners drifting into the saloon for pleasure and relief from toil, lint the woman is not all bad, and a mighty change comes over her one eve with the advent of si stranger. His unconscious influence with her is all for the good, and she reforms, but only to find that bis wife has followed him. This is the point where the intensity begins. I I "The Secret TCinffrlom" is in its second chapter this the current part having the sub-title -Royaly at Red Wing." I Here may be iscen more adventures, more I thrills worked into the. progression of j this fine story.. To-night will be the final showing of this brilliant programme.
