It is understood that the Military Court of Enquiry into the escape of the German prisoners from Motuihi Island has completed its report, which will be laid before Cabinet by the Minister of Defence. REPORT NOT PUBLICATION, The matter has been before Cabinet, and lie expects to have a further statement to make on the subject shortly.
