FEDERAL POLITICAL CRISIS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Melbourne, .Jan. 5. At a meeting the National Party decided not to iupport any action that would hand over the Government to the Labor Party. A motion that Mr. Chapman he witrusted with the formation oi a Cabinet was overwhelmingly defeated.
