ENfcMY DRIVEN BACK SEVEN MILES. FOUR IMPORTANT POINTS CAPTURED. , i/aahingtoD, Jan. 2. Official advices here state that General Allenby has captured four important points north of Jerusalem and driven back seven miles the enemy forces which were trying to re-capture Jerusalem. A thousand Turks and Germans were killed, and 600 taken prisoners. Twenty machine-guns were captured. Four German divisions were engaged.
