ON THE SEA.
CAPTURE OP POUR U-BOATS. New York, Dec. 30. A returned journalist states that four submarines were captured by twelve American torpedo destryers. The submarines were lying on the surface with their conning towers open when the de stroyers arrived and captured them without a fight. Another submarine, flying the white flag, arrived in a French port and surrendered. The crew mutinied and killed the officers.
