SNOW HAMPERS ENEMY. A HEAVY FALL WANTED. TO END OFFENSIVE. Rome, 'Dec. 20. Hie snow anxiously awaited by the Italians is now falling in the mountains. •It is the latest winter within living memory. So far it is not interfering with the enemy offensive, but is hampering their communications. A heavy fall would end the offensive the enemy is preparing against Aeolo with the view of attacking the flank of Monte Grappa.
