WAITARA DEFEATS FIT2ROY. A match in aid of the patriotic funds was played at Waitara yesterday between Fitzroy and Waitara. under ideal weather conditions. The green was somewhat bumpy in parts, but an enjoyable time was spent by the visitors, though they were defeated by 22 points in the aggregate.
