FIGHTING SUBMARINES. FRENCH PROGRESS, Paris, Dec. 16. The Minister of Marine, in an interview, stated that there had been real progress "in the fight against submarines. Franco had now a number of light-draught chasers, also the Gef-man submarine crews are less enterprising and are supplied with inferior munitions. BRITISH AIRSHIPS LOST. DESTROYER iUGSK BY COLLISION.
