Miss Spooner, who has been the guest of Mrs. T Perry, left for Eltham on Friday en route for Christchureh. Mrs. W Saxton, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. Cutfield, Fitzroy, has returned to Auckland. * * » * Mrj. Heard, who has been on a visit to Gisborne, has returned. Mrs. F. Orbell leaves early next week for Wellington. Dr. and Mrs. F. Fookes and Mrs. C. Abraham (Khandallah) arrives in New, Plymouth on Monday, where she will bo the guest of her mother, Mrs. M'Kellar. * # # » Mrs. Jackson has returned to Toko. Mrs. Herman Clarke left for Auckland on Friday. Mrs. A. H. Glasgow, who lias been the guest of her daughter, Mrs J. C. Nicholson, has returned to'Wanganui.
