Butter.—Government pooling all imported butters and distributing at flat rate of 2525, without anv regard to origin. In addition to butters "already Government property, Food Controller 'will take over all butters on arrival at price to he decided lar.or. Maximum prices remain unchanged. No quotations for uncontrolled butter owing to (mutilated word here). Cheese.—Cheese is very scarce. Government prices. Estimated Canadian cheese stocks London. Liverpool, Bristol SSSO 'boxes, against 81,002 at same t'-rae last year.

Tittup.—Manila market continues weak. Low grades arc scarce, probably in consequence of the alteration in method production owing to high price obtnin.iblo for high 'grades in America.
