SERIOUS POSITION IN ROUMANIA. AGITATION BY PEACEMONGERS. Bucharest, Dec. 7. The Russians and Roumanians are torn oy the greatest lack of harmony as the mult of the agitation by peace-mongers in towns in the vicinity of the front, •wii'h are crowded with soldiers listening to speeches by Bolshevik propagandists. One division of the Oth Army has signed an armistice; another division fired upon a German general who, accompanied by officers, was attempting to dißcuss terms. Many soldiers are deserting and searching for better food. Paris, Dec. 7. M. Bratiano is summoning the Roumanian Parliament for December 15. Le Temps states that the Russians adjoining the Roumanian army have succumbed to the Maximalist propaganda. There are reports that the generals are deserting and the troops fraternising with the enemy. The moment is near when tie Roumanian Government, in view of the anarchy which deprives their brave army of all adequate support, will be forced to examine the situation and take f.e decision that the situation dictates.
