BULGARIA READY FOR PEACE,

Amsterdam, Dec. 3.

A Sofia telegram states that ,M. Rado»lavo(T, in the Sobranje'said that Bulgaria, wns disposed to enter into peace negotiations, therefore lie had responded to Lenin's invitation. Bulgaria had obtained her object in the war, namely, the union of the Bulgarian race, including Macedonia and tho Dobrudja. All the peace discussions would be based on this contention.
