British official: We captured in November in the Western theatre 11,551 prisoners and 138 gunß; in Palestine, 10,444 prisoners and 80 guns; in East Africa, 4403 prisoners, whereof 1212 are Europeans, and three guns; ih Mesopotamia, 437 prisoners; and at Salonika, 21 prisoners. ALLIES' CONFERENCE CLOSED. London, Dec. 3. Mr. Lloyd George and the other members of the Allies' Conference have returned to London. STANDARDISED AIR MACHINES. Paris, Dec. 3. The War Council has decided immediately to standardise certain types of air machines, rejecting all others. FUTURE OF PALESTINE AND TURKEY. London, Dec. 3. A meeting of the Jewish community thanked the Government for its declaration in favor of establishing a national home for Jews. Lord Robert Cecil said the Government's desire was that the Arab countries should be given to the Arabs, Armenia to the Armenians, Judea to the Jews, and the real Turkey to the Turks. ' LOSS OF MEAT SUPPLIES, London, Dec. 3. The daily press states that a. vessel containing 12,«00 tons 'of meat reached a British harbor. The cargo cculd not be handled there, and she was torpedoed and Bunk while proceeding to. another port. Another vessel, with a great quantity of meat and other goods, similarly sent to another port,' was torpedoed and lost. SECRET SESSION. Received Dec. 4, 5.5 p.m. London, Dec. 3. Mr. Bonar Law, speaking in the House of Commons, said it' was not intended to hold a secret session to discuss Lord Lansdowne's letter. NO CARVING UP OF ASIA MINOR. Received Dec. 4, 5J5 p.m. London, Dec. 3, Lord Robert Cecil denied there was any agreement with France,'allotting her territory in Asia Minor, or any understanding between the Powers in regard to Asia Minor that involved annexations.
