F pursuance of, and subject to, the powers vested in it by The Dog Registration Act, 1008, and the amendments thereto, the New Plymouth Borough Council hereby fixes the Registration Fee for each Dog within the said borough, for the year ending December 31, 1018, to be the sum of 10s, or 5s if paid before March 31, 1918; Sheep and Cattle Dogs, as described in Subsection (e) of Section S of the above Act, 2/6; and the said Council hereby appoints the Municipal Offices, Liardet street, New Plymouth, to be the Registration Office at which Dogs may be registered, and at which the register books shall be kept, and appoints WALTER HENRY HARVEY to be Registrar under the provisions of the said Aet.
