THE JURY DISAGREE.. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last night, > At the Supreme Court, the jury dis« ngreed in the trial of Hannah Matilda Dnlton, on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the recent alleged illegal operation in Auckland. The indictment charged the prisoner with having, on November sth, committed manslaughter by killing a young unmarried woman named Vera Baker. A new trial was ordered to take place at the February sittings.
